At Vitaly, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to attach to your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items securely in their original jewelry pouches and mailing box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
