How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.

We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on every product page. You can use our printable sizer or measure the diameter of a ring you already own to find your perfect match.
Does the jewelry turn skin green?
No. Because we use premium stainless steel rather than copper or brass, our jewelry will not oxidize or leave green marks on your skin.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Vitaly products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece breaks due to a production flaw, we will replace it free of charge.
